On Feb 9. I went into the store and did a return. Sonja was amazingly helpful. She waited patiently as I did the return through progressive leasing over the phone. Her energy was so amazingly great. Also Katrina came over to assist when the system was acting. I mean the professionalism of customer service was the greatest on both parts. I love the outlet better than inside the mall. Greatest customer service entering the building. I love it I said when I pay off I will surely return just to purchase from each of them. Thank you for your service. I shop

Sonia was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in, she was warm and welcoming and very patient with me and all of my inquiries.
